    At which location did you purchase your monthly pass?


    Monthly Unlimited Wash Passes are billed on the first of every month. When the pass is cancelled it will remain in effect until the end of the current month. At least 7 days notice is required before the first of the month, or the following month will be billed. If this is the case, your account will remain active the next month allowing you to still wash your car, but know it has been cancelled and will no longer be billed.
